कोन के समनेवाली बाजू 
 कोन के बाजुवाली बाजू = Tan Q

OD 40mm पर 1mm का 45° चैंपर लगाना है 

.वह कैसे लगाना है देखते है

 Example

 
 Tan Q 45° का वैल्यू 1. आती है .

 Tan Q =  1 X 1 = 1 वैल्यू आती है इस वैल्यू डबल करना है

 1 X 2 = 2 इतना आयेगा 2 इस वैल्यू को OD 40 मे से मयनास करना है 

 OD पर चैंपर लगाने के वक्त OD के वैल्यू मे से 2 को मयनास करना है

 40 - 2 = 38 38 यह चैंपर का स्टार्ट वैल्यू है 

. इसको कैसे प्रोग्राम मे लगाना है देखते है

 Formula for extracting chamfer =

 front side of cone
 Side to side of cone = Tan Q

 Tan Q = 1

 1.0x45° chamfer to be installed on OD 40mm. 

Let's see how to install it

 Example

 The value of Tan Q 45° is 1

 1 X 1= 1value come,this value has to be doubled.

1x2=2 will come 2 this value has to be taken out of OD 40 While installing the chamfer on OD, 2 of the value of OD has to be considered.

 40 - 2 = 38 38 This is the start value of the chamfer.
