 G33 TAPPING OPERATION


टैपिंग एक hole के अंदर एक thread को काटने की प्रक्रिया है ताकि एक कैप स्क्रू या बोल्ट को hole में बैठाया जा सके।  इसके अलावा, इसका उपयोग नट्स पर thread बनाने के लिए किया जाता है।  Machine मे या हाथ से manually  टैपिंग की जा सकती है।

थ्रेडिंग और टैपिंग स्क्रू थ्रेड्स बनाने के लिए उपयोग किए जाने वाले ऑपरेशन हैं।  थ्रेडिंग एक ऑपरेशन है  हम उन्हें डाई का उपयोग करके बाहरी thread के रूप में कह सकते हैं, जबकि टैपिंग एक ऐसा ऑपरेशन है जिसमें टैप नामक उपकरण का उपयोग करके आंतरिक thread का उत्पादन किया जाता है।


टैप, एक thread जैसा उपकरण जिसमें बोल्ट और दो, तीन, या चार खांचे जैसे thread होते हैं और जिसका उपयोग नट या छेद में hole के thread को काटने के लिए किया जाता है।  हैंड टैपिंग में, टैप को टैप रिंच के साथ छेद में thread कर दिया जाता है;  जब बड़ी संख्या में छेदों को टैप करना हो, तो मशीन टैपिंग की आवश्यकता होती है।  


विभिन्न प्रकार के थ्रेड टैप

 सीधे  (हैंड टैप) हाथ के द्वारा  आमतौर पर स्थानीय हार्डवेयर स्टोर पर खरीदे जाते हैं,  अलग अलग  प्रकार  के 4 tap हैं, आमतौर पर सीएनसी काम के लिए इन्हें use किया जाता है

G33 TAPPING OPERATION

Tapping is the process of cutting a thread inside a hole so that a cap screw or bolt can be seated into the hole.  Also, it is used to make threads on nuts.  Tapping can be done manually in the machine or by hand.


 Threading and tapping are operations used to create screw threads.  Threading is an operation we can call them as an external thread using a die, whereas tapping is an operation in which an internal thread is produced using a tool called a tap.


 Tap, a thread-like tool consisting of a bolt and two, three, or four groove-like threads and used to cut the thread of a hole in a nut or hole.  In hand tapping, the tap is threaded into the hole with a tap wrench;  When tapping a large number of holes, machine tapping is required.
